About the event
Brian Rose travels to New York City to train for his very first Ironman triathlon on a 100% vegan diet under the tutelage of John Joseph, the former Hare Krishna monk, 12x Ironman finisher and lead singer of the punk hardcore band the Cro-Mags.
But this journey soon transcends the physical as Brian must revisit his youth and confront his past heroin addiction and overdose. Can he forgive himself and make peace with his darkness all while training for the most difficult one-day sporting event in the world?

Brian RoseMy name is Brian Rose and I'm the Founder & Host of London Real. For the past seven years I've broadcasted over 500 game-changing conversations from our London studio to over 100 million people around the world.
Brian moved to the UK from America 17 years ago to be an Investment Banker in the City of London.
Originally from California, Brian studied Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Finance at the Sloan School of Management.
