About the event

The London International Model United Nations (LIMUN) Foundation is a registered UK Charity (No. 1159324) that promotes cultural empathy and awareness of global issues.

Each year the conference attracts over 1,200 attendees from 104 countries. LIMUN’s University Conference is Europe’s largest Model UN conference and entirely student-led, with all proceeds going directly into executing and expanding our programs.

LIMUN’s 26th edition proudly reflects on a quarter-century of fostering insightful discourse and nurturing future diplomats. This milestone is marked by the conference theme "The Pursuit of Multilateralism: Fostering New Dialogues for Progress" a theme that encapsulates the essence of LIMUN's journey, and
the evolving dynamics of international relations.

Over the years, LIMUN has evolved from a mere UN simulation into a vibrant platform where bright minds tackle pressing global issues. The theme underscores the critical need for trust between countries as a foundation of collaboration and diplomacy, aligning with the UN’s mission to promote social
progress. This edition seeks to inspire participants to explore innovative solutions and forge lasting connections that transcend geographical, ideological and cultural borders.
