About the event

What innovative ways are there to help promote the development of responsible, productive, young citizens in our own neighborhoods? 

At Next Level Society, our local nonprofit organization centralizes the importance of bridging the gap between art and business for youth in economically distressed communities. Artists often struggle to sustain a livelihood with their artwork. We produce a series of effective programs, workshops, and field experiences throughout the year for teens and young adults. We help them turn their passions into sustainable businesses by building portfolio pieces and learning and practicing marketing skills. This work is extremely important to our community and depends heavily on the kindness of individuals and corporations like yourself.

On August 5, 2023 we are hosting a teen art event to showcase their art, make them feel safe and gain real-world experience on the Southside of Chicago. During the event, teen artists’ work will be featured, including but not limited to professional photographers and videographers, artwork, dance, music, teen clothing vendors, and live podcasting. Our efforts within the community will advance even further with your company as one of our official corporate sponsors. 

Why should you sponsor?

As an organization, we provide programming for BIPOC teens and young adults between the ages of 12-24 in communities on the Southside with plans to expand to the Westside. Our programs are hosted in neighborhoods that benefit from programming to keep teens safe and increase economic growth. Studies have proven that evidence-based after-school programming keeps youth from participating in violent activities and feeling the impact of violence. The young adults who help facilitate these programs can gain work experience and a stipend and build their portfolios. This improves their chances of getting hired for long-term positions. 

You will be greatly helping the young artist community with your generous donation. Within our partnership, we would promote your business as one of the event's official sponsors, in turn, raising your company's profile by showing your support of this generation's flourishing artists. We will achieve this by adding your brand to a step-repeat, print materials and announcements on stage during the event.  Your financial contribution will help us cover the cost of print materials, supplies and provide stipends for teens who help execute the event.

Next Level Society is an organization that exists to aid in the development of creative entrepreneurs in economically stressed communities. Our mission is to create a community-driven environment with elite artists' resources for teens and young adults that will expose them to new ways of developing income, building a business, and sustaining their community. This is accomplished by exposure to visual arts, real-world experience, and strategic programs we implement to guide future creative business leaders!
