WIIN Annual Retreat,

About the event

We are hosting an all inclusive Womans retreat in orlando in February for the group WIIN (Woman In Insurance Niches).  Rebecca Davis and Faye Horton created this group because women were struggling in this field that is mostly dominated by men.  This support group not only supports their members emotionally but offer training and speakers to encourage their growth and knowledge within this industry.

The Retreat is an exclusive woman only, providing 2 days of on-site training with some of the best trainers in the insurance world.  We will also have speakers that are nationally known to motivate these woman.  We would love for you to help us with this event by a sponsorship.  The women will be traveling in from all over the country!  We continue every year to make a difference in this group of women and it is beginning to show with our founding members!

You would be supporting women who strive to make it within a mostly men industry.  These women are driven to succeed and be extrodinary versus ordinary and the WIIN group supports them every step of the way through the group trainings, knowledge and experience of the group as a whole which is freely given to the newer members as they are mentored to grow.

I am the marketing director for WIIN (Woman In Insurance Niches) as well as Kannonball Insurance Solutions LLC, a privately owned company by one of the co-creators of WIIN (Rebecca Davis) also known as the Medicare Wonder Woman.  We started our busines with grassroots going out into the community to get to know those that we want to serve.  By supporting our own community through events and outreach we have grown into a nationwise business currently licensed in 45 states across the USA and growing.  We have an outreach of hundreds of agents under our wing at present whom we mentor and support through Rebeccas vast knowledge of the business and her savy grassroot ways to get them started and growing.  WIIN came along when Rebecca Davis and Faye Horton found that women were struggling within the health insurance business and they wanted to help mentor specifically them as well.  Our first WIIN retreat was this year (2022) and was a raving success.  Our 2023 retreat is bigger and better than ever with even more trainings and powerful speakers coming in to motivate these women and give them the knowledge to succeed.
