Violet Nights is a small fledgling burlesque company run by me, Violet De'Kay (formally known as Violet De La Curve). The event 'The Girl at the Rock Show' is a burlesque show based in rock music so I am expecting many loud music fans to be attending as well as fans of burlesque. Most people who attend are also very into tattoos and all things vintage or alternative. I tend to have a couple of stall holders in the event room too and have found that my guests like anything that sparkles, cosmetics and indulgent bath and body products. I see many people in the crowd with smart phones so any instant access sites we can advertise on their tables should work well.
This show is a charity event. Adam Middleon is a local 13 year old with cystic fibrosis. We have started a free running team just for him as the sport is something he loves and it is helping to highly improve his lung function. I raised £400 with a similar show to help get the team set up and now they are needing extra funds to keep it all running.
I have a compere who is always happy to make announcements about supporters and sponsors and I am happy to lay out flyers on all tables for guests to look at throughout the show. I also have small stalls set up in the venue for people to brows before and after the show and during the intervals. In preparation for a show I spread the event page all over Facebook, as do all my performers at the event and quite a few of my usual show goers do too. I spread flyers for the event all around the local area in many different locations. The show is also sent to the What's On guide and submitted to the local papers. Posters are put up in lots of shop windows around the area.

In this package you will have your advert on full A5, the reverse of the event flyer. 2500 of these will be spread all over the local area and some will be out on the tables at the event for our audience to see too. I will add to our tables any other promotional leaflets, flyers or cards and coupons you have. We will hang any banners or posters you may have to advertise your business in the event room. The compere will point out your adverts, tell everyone who you are and what you do and encourage people to visit your website/Facebook page and take a closer look. We will put out calls on Facebook when we advertise our event and you as sponsor with a link to your page. Your logo will also be on the event page. You will have an advert stand at the event. This can be manned or unmanned and can be selling on the night or just advertising you and your brand. Your advert will be on the projection screen during interval and you will get a table for up to 8 people to use as you like

We will also add any flyer of your own to the tables on the night. Your logo and link will be on the Facebook event page and will be shared with a message that you are our sponsor including your link. Our compere will point you out on the night as our sponsor.
