About the event
The Severna Park Community Center is proud to announce our Annual Gala and Benefit Auction. Next years year’s event will again be held at the beautiful Chartwell County Club on April 2, 2015. Proceeds from this event go towards supporting outreach and programming for the community, keeping our facilities up to date, and continuing our mission and vision for the Center. We are committed to making this event a success - and look forward to the continued support from our community and local businesses!
Our honorees for the event are being deliberated by our Board of Directors and will be announced soon!

ABOUT THE SEVERNA PARK COMMUNITY CENTER
The Severna Park Community Center (SPCC) offers programs and services that enrich and enhance family life, our community and the individuals we serve. Each and every day, we are working to provide a center where family life is supported, good health is encouraged and all ages are welcomed.
Asa 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we rely 100% on private support to provide innovative programs and services for our community, which includes disadvantaged youth, seniors, low-income residents and physically and mentally challenged individuals throughout Anne Arundel County. Each year, the center serves more than 15,000 individuals by offering:
- Educational opportunities for hundreds of disadvantaged and disabled youth,including summer camps, after school programs and cultural opportunities
- Support groups for issues ranging from substance abuse and weight loss to anger management and wellness
- Health programming for thousands of community residents, including more than 1,200 seniors
- Gathering space for community agencies and nonprofits, including the American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Club, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, senior groups and The Providence Center
