About the event

Introductioning La pluie collection, FREEMIND US will curate a fashion show during NYFW 2023. La pluie meaning the rain is the theme. The audience will experience a fashion show that makes them feel alive. There will be 50+ unique pieces showcased which will include both men and womenswear.

FREEMIND US is a black owned clothing brand based in Brooklyn. The brand promotes love, art and legacy which creates a space for inclusivity. We represent the new generation. Encouraging individuals to channel their inner artisit and believing in themselves. The world belongs to us all. The sponsorships will be used towards putting on the fashion show. Amadou Cisse

My name is Don Cisse and I am from Ivory Coast. Landing in America to complete my undergrad I was chasing the American dream. During my undergrad I started FREEMIND US with the hopes of one day taking it international. Perseverance and consistency has been the forefront of my success. As my audiuience grew, so has the collections. Over the years, each collection tells a story about placement and evolution. FREEMIND US has focused in streetwear, essential wear and is now expanding into luxury and couture. I see my brand as an extension of my person. I have grown with the brand. Dedication and my love for fashion continues to fuel me daily.
