During my college years, I battled with deep depression and suicidal thoughts. It was therapy that helped me realize how many Black men, like myself, were suffering in silence.

Recognizing the absence of a space dedicated exclusively to the well-being of Black men, I founded Express Yourself Black Man (XYBM). What started as a personal journey has now become a thriving platform where Black men can find the understanding, support, and empowerment we need to heal and grow together.
