The Fit For Fall Challenge targets the middle class community around Cartersville Ga, and offers them 60 days of personal training at an affordable rate, while also giving them the chance to compete for $500 as they follow their plans and reap the fitness benefits along the way.
Each participant will be given a basic fitness assessment, and have a customized fitness plan drawn up including: personalized exercise routine, nutrition coaching based on the individual needs, and habit coaching that focuses on slowly changing one bad fitness habit at a time throughout the challenge.
To market the event, we are printing 1000 flyers (front and back). Front of the flyers contains the challenge graphic and details of the event. In an effort to make the recipients of the flyers want to hold on to them, the back of the flyer contains pictures and recipes of two "fall flavor" smoothies (Smores, & Pumpkin Spice). Under the smoothie recipes, each sponsors logo and info will be placed positioning you in front of 1000 middle-class individuals around the Cartersville Georgia area.
Along with the printed flyers, we will have multiple event banners printed. The flyers will be distributed at various businesses around the city. At each location, a table and tent will be set up. A banner, with all of our sponsors on it, will be placed on the front of each table. This same setup will be used at each registration and check-in for the challenge as well, placing your brand in front of that many more individuals.
I strongly believe in integrity. And to be completely honest, my integrity and future reputation are all I have to offer as collateral for your trust.
I have been a police officer in northwest Georgia for eight years. I have been extremely fortunate to have been able to enjoy a successful career that never saw my integrity called in to question. I've always strived to place people first in all situations and that has seemed to serve me much more beneficially than placing my focus on tangible items.
In the process of my career, I fell victim to the same health-hazards that most officers face; having to fast food frequently due to long shifts and sporadic breaks, the toll that stress takes over time, and the lack of time for exercise. Living on a police officers income, I couldn't afford to hire a personal trainer full time, so I decided to become certified myself so that I could start getting my health and fitness back in order.
Now, after losing 80 pounds, training countless police officers, and becoming certified through the state of Georgia as a Health & Wellness Instructor for public safety employees, I have started my own fitness consulting business. With this, I strive to offer affordable personal training to the middle class, working individuals. I meet with them once or twice a month to discuss their current fitness level and look ahead at their personalized fitness plan that I write for them. This allows them to work out on their own with only my guidance and plans instead of having to pay me 3-4 times a week to supervise their workouts. Although I do make myself available for any questions or concerns that may arise during their plans.
