My name is Constance Marie, and I am the founder of The Issasistahood Collective LLC, a movement dedicated to creating real spaces for women to connect, heal, and grow together. This is more than just an event. It is a call to action, an opportunity to invest in something bigger than ourselves—a community where women can be seen, be heard, and be empowered to take up space unapologetically.

For too long, women, myself included, have been conditioned to put themselves last. We show up for our families, our careers, our friendships, and our communities, often at the cost of our own well-being. Whether balancing motherhood, relationships, military life, or professional ambitions, too many women move through life feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and unseen.

As a military spouse, a new mother, and an entrepreneur, I know the sacrifices, the struggles, and the resilience it takes to keep moving forward when the world expects you to handle it all. I also know the power of sisterhood, of having a community that reminds you of your worth, encourages your growth, and refuses to let you shrink. That is why I created The Issasistahood Collective LLC, to give women a place where they can finally put themselves first without guilt.

This event is an extension of that mission. It is a space where women can reconnect with their vision because their goals and dreams still matter. It is a space where they can heal and strengthen their relationships because no woman should navigate life alone. It is a space where they can step into a new level of confidence and clarity because it’s time to stop waiting for the “right time” and start moving forward.

Real Impact: Stories from Women Who Have Attended

At our last Pink Project Vision Board Party, a woman approached me, tears in her eyes, and said, "I didn’t even know how much I needed this. I walked in feeling lost, but I’m leaving with clarity, new sisters, and a renewed belief in myself." She had been navigating major life changes alone, unsure of what was next. That day, surrounded by women who poured into her, listened to her, and reminded her of her worth, she realized she wasn’t alone.

Another woman, a business owner and mother of two, told me after one of our events, "This is the first time in years that I’ve had a space just for me. A space to dream, to reflect, and to feel supported. I had forgotten what that felt like."

Moments like these are why this event is more than just networking or inspiration. It is about rebuilding confidence, restoring relationships, and redefining what it means to support and uplift women.

We have partnered with women-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to create events that don’t just inspire for a day but transform lives for the long run.
