About the event

The Student Council of FCRIT Vashi, write this letter to you in regards to our annual inter-collegiate fest “Etamax”. We have decided to organize our college fest on a much grander scale than our predecessors and in order for us to do that, we need your help.

We would like for you to be our official sponsorship partner. In return, we would offer you lucrative promotional incentives. This will be an amazing advertising and promotional opportunity reaching more than 10,000 people in one go.

The event "ETAMAX" is a techno - cultural inter - collegiate fest hosted in Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology Vashi. The fest is conducted on a large scale consisting of over 30 cultural, sports and technical events spanning across 3-4 days. We expect to witness a footfall of 10,000 students from various institutions across the city along with our own. We have chosen to spread awareness for breast cancer and show our support to the breast cancer and the cancer community. We also had garnered sponsorship from various companies including Decathlon, Redbull, Tupperware and many more companies, ensuring a direct contact to their employees as well. We conduct a multitude of cultural events including but not limited to singing, dance-offs, fashion shows and so forth. We also conduct a multitude of sports events including but not limited to cricket, football, triathlons, basketball, swimming, sprints, etc. We also have a multitude of technical events including drone racing, fpv and many other events.

It is our utmost pleasure to say that our institute has been a proud partner of Decathlon for our Annual Intra-Collegiate Sports Fest “Faces” in 2019 consisting of more than 30 sports events ranging from triathlons to basketball and other team sports. We conducted the fest on a large scale successfully, with Decathlon as our primary sponsor. We hope to create that magic again with our Inter-Collegiate Fest “Etamax” with your support.  Please note a brief overview of the sponsorship details is given below and on arrival of your mail further details regarding the fest will be forwarded.

Jordan Fernandes

My name is Jordan Darius Fernandes and I'm current studying IT engineering in FCRIT Vashi. I'm the Sponsorship Head of my college and part of the student council for the college. I am a state - level basketball player and I also am in grade 5 piano in Trinity College London. I love our upcoming fest and the council and I have big plans but need monetary support to make it possible. We are also very passionate about our social cause and want to do the best we can to raise awareness for it.
