About the event
Elements of Life, presented by Mistah J and Jay Productions, aims to enrich our community through positive learning experiences inspired by art and music. We incorporate all different types of mediums, such as poetry, dance, paint and other artistic expressions to show how art could positively affect one’s lives. Our latest event was a huge success on May 6, 2017. The cultural experience attracted over 500 people to the West Art District for a day filled with positive energy through artistic expression. The event was advertised by Mars Radio WPK Rollins, Orlando Weekly, ABC Taxi Orlando, and Soul Culture. Our second event will be a Hip Hop Cultural Learning Experience at the Henao Contemporary Center at 5601 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32810 on August 19, 2017. The event will feature live music, live poetry, live painting, and live graffiti with a focus on the hip hop culture. Our passion is to provide children and adults a positive outlet of art and music in which to express themselves without judgement.

Jeffrey AlvarezMy name is Jeffrey Alvarez i have always been involved in my community, once i met my wife we have been striving to enrich our community the most we can. About a year ago we wgere given a opportunity to host a family friendly event for the community. We had such a great turn out that we feel obliged to continue the Elements of Life festival.
