About the event

Carlos Beltran’s “The 80’s Strike Back” is a 1980’s themed fundraising gala with chic 80’s ambiance to benefit the Carlos Beltran Foundation. Come join all of your favorite Yankees players for a culinary experience featuring live music by the Rock of Ages Band, which is a Tribute band that recaptures all the excitement of your favorite 80’s Rock and a lot more. Sponsors will be invited to a private VIP celebrity lounge for rum tastings and cigars. Live and silent auction items will be available for bidding.The foundations mission is to give young people opportunities and allow them to become well-rounded individuals while providing them with the necessary guidance to take control of their future while using both sports and education as their main tools to achieve their goals.

Our mission is to provide a dynamic learning experience where young people can develop and enhance their athletic abilities while striving for academic excellence. As part of our compromise we strive to prepare them to lead responsible and productive lives as compassionate human beings.
At Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy we offer an excel education where the academic and sports knowledge is fully integrated in the same curriculum and is based on a comprehensive and personalized approach. We aim to exceed both parent’s and student’s expectations by giving the students the tools to take on any challenges, athletic or academic. We strive to develop the unique talents of each student and are committed to promoting social and civic responsibility, such as, the understanding of basic social values that promote moral and ethical conduct and connections between education and life-choices.
Ultimately our goal is improvement and progress; we want to empower youth to achieve their dreams through sports, education and values.
