About the event
OUT40 welcomes you to the first 40Fest, an annual hip-hop and R&B music festival held in Frederick’s west side. The concert features the most popular local acts that hip hop and R&B have to offer for the year. With over 6 hours of performances, the event is expected to attract hundreds of attendees and celebrate black music. Celebrating the Golden Mile and underrepresented communities with your favorite local artists and businesses all brought to you by OUT40. Support local artists!
