Jounalist, Financial status expert, Motivational Broadcaster and CEO of One Stop for Services, which specializes in the specific needs of professionals, Nichelle Henson, has close to a decade of experience in the areas of finance, life coaching and community leadership. As a Certified Success Coach, Nichelle is also the Founder of Everybody Succeed. Here, her coaching services are used to guide individuals through the process of starting and operating their own profitable businesses. 

Because of her success in these roles, Nichelle has caught the attention of several media outlets which have included Afro American News Paper, The Baltimore Times, Radio One, Maryland Public Television, WJZ, and The Baltimore City Council Meeting. Following this recognition, she has been able to grow her audience, and most importantly, inspire others from all around the world to stay on a path to success.

Nichelle Henson Demory was raised in Baltimore where she experienced the hardship of growing up in poverty. She is one of the few who was able to overcome many challenges and always had a passion for helping others. Her experience came from Peace of Mind Services, which was a 501 C3 non profit organization that she founded to help those in need. After helping over 200 Baltimore City residents she decided to close that chapter and start One stop for services to provide her years of expertise in the community. She plans to use her profits from One stop for services to start another non profit organization to address the housing issues of those living in poverty. Additionally she is focusing on running for Baltimore City Counsil to address some of the community needs and find economic solutions to problems in Baltimore City. She belives everybody is capable and continues to inspire, motivate and encourage others to be there best.
