About the event
I am attempting to break the Guinness World Record for Longest Barefoot Journey. Starting in Gibraltar I will walk 1,720 miles through Spain, France, Belgium and England.
I am doing this to help raise funds for St Catherine’s Hospice. My Step-Dad, Simon was admitted to St Catherine's hospice back in 2015. I was working abroad in Gibraltar and was forced to get the train to Madrid, a plane to Brussels and another flight to Manchester! Thanks to unforeseen circumstances bad weather and bad luck. This was the quickest way for me to get back home and I will be re-creating this journey for the World Record attempt.

Amazed by the fantastic work they do, I wanted to help raise funds for the Hospice so they can continue in the same vein.
I’ve previously completed a skydive on their behalf and a few barefoot mountain climbs.. this is what we’ve been working towards!
