Cliff BillingsI am a young theater professional with more then 8 years in New York theater experience. I have been working with the ONE Festival for over 4 years and want to bring the best festival and shows to New York. Past and Present theaters I have worked at are: The Public Theater, New World Stages, Vital Theater, and LaGuardia Performing Arts Center.
