The Houston Strong Fitness Expo Spring 2018 is an indoor and outdoor public event.
It is our goal to challenge the culture of Houston and surrounding areas to discover how to achieve perfect health and live a more fulfilling life. The goal of our hosts is to leave a legacy for the next generation to make healthier choices and live a longer life of health, wellness, & fitness.
We invite everyone ages 12 and up to come be educated, engaged, and connected to your local nutrition & fitness experts.

Mike Louis is the CEO & owner of "Push Fitness" Training, LLC located in Katy, TX. He is certified master level fitness trainer and has transformed the lives of thousands of clients. Mike has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and has won fitness competitions at The NPC Muscle Beach Classic.
Milton Harris is the owner of "HUSLfit" & a celebrity personal trainer with over 14 years of experience. He has trained heavy hitters like Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Bun B, & Zero.
Slim Thug is an one of Houstons best award winning rappers with a deep rooted loyalty to his hometown. He's a famously savvy entrepreneur who has owned record stores, run his own label, and created the "Boss Life" brand.
