This special tent headlined “Youth/Teen Art Competition sponsored by Your Company” featuring Your Company’s logo, will involve, support and offer the opportunity for young artists (grades 8-12 or ages 13-19) in the community to present their artwork. Cash awards prize and ribbon will be offered to the top winners as students begin to learn the rules of being part of a professional art show. Family Area $5,500 - Sold The Family Area creates a welcoming and fun experience for families with children and is open on Saturday and Sunday during event hours. This is a turnkey package is which no personnel is required by Your Company. If Your Company chooses, the sponsor of this area can be involved with the planning of activities for this area. Children’s art activities in the past have included plaster painting, candy making, & tee-shirt dying, and kids can take home their art creations. Professional Artist Awards $5,000 $2,500 in professional awards to the 17 best artists in the show juried by an art professional; logo inclusion in all print materials Relaxation Station $4,500 The Relaxation Station is a large tented area where people can take a break, sit under a cool tent and eat their food or just relax. Adjacent to this tent will be on-site local restaurant food and beverage booths. The Relaxation Station tent seats 50 people and will be decorated with beautiful flowers. A 2’ x 8’ banner will hang high from the tent with the writing “Relaxation Station Courtesy of Your Company”. This is a turnkey sponsorship in which no personnel is required by Your Company. Information Booth $3,950 The Information Booth is in a high traffic area within the event where attendees come for the official event supplement, as well as their questions. This can be a turn-key sponsorship in which no personnel is required by your organization. As Information Booth sponsor, Your Company can provide its own display materials and or literature distribution from this location. Exhibitor/”Onsite Marketing” Opportunity $1,750 & up Interested in simply having on-site presence to promote your goods or services? This package is for you. It includes a 10’x10’ commercial tent that provides basic electric, skirted tables and chairs. Additional space is available for mobile marketing &/or larger space options.
