Youth Environmental Summit (YES) 2018,

About the event

YES 2018 is a 5-day integrated programme from 31 January - 4 February 2018, which introduces youths to hot-button environmental issues through a series of inspirational seminars by prominent experts and social entrepreneurs, educational field trips and learning workshops, as well as social business conceptualizations and presentations. Our seminars and social enterprise workshops will also provide students with opportunities to discuss innovative ideas on how they can improve their communities’ environment, as well as to gain knowledge on effective presentation skills. All student groups will be presenting their ideas to a panel of mentors and judges. 

Why should you sponsor?

Currently around 500 students from across Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines and Laos have signed up for the event. Furthermore, we are inviting a panel of about 18 mentors / judges for the event. These mentors / judges are esteemed professionals and experts in their field, with some having founded their own businesses. The sponsor will have exposure to these audiences. Besides, the event photos and videos will be featured on our Facebook page, creating further exposure and marketing for the sponsor.

About Youth Ambassadors (YA): YA is a non-profit social enterprise which organises educational conferences and programmes to empower the students from ASEAN and other countries. These events aim not only to enrich the lives of the youths who participate but also help youths make a difference.
