The PA Way is a lifestyle platform sought to celebrate Executive, Personal, Virtual Assistants and Administrative professionals.

The PA Way is unique in that it is all about the assistant to help them “level up” and be the very best they can be by being inspired, empowered and motivated.

The assistant industry is one where there is very little reward or recognition and The PA Way since launching is disrupting the industry to evoke change and for the voice of the assistant to be heard. Assistants are the office influencer.

When making those all-important decisions such as leadership away days, travel arrangements, booking conferences, office collections, you name it, it all falls upon the assistant to bring these elements together for busy and demanding Executive and C-suite professionals.

Behind every reputable Executive, is an assistant armed with their own little black book of contacts and resources ready to ensure the task at hand is delivered to a high standard.

Having launched in 2018, The PA Way continues to go from strength to strength with the dedication of its founder, Skevi Constantinou who has an extensive hospitality background but several years of being a high performing Executive Assistant.

Skevi is an EA but also runs single handily The PA Way. Since launching, including the following Skevi has on LinkedIn, The PA Way has amassed over 35,000 assistants alone across a combined database.

Assistants from all over the world communicate with Skevi and her advice has seen many suppliers see a return on investment for those allimportant bookings or services.

Skevi has also spoken internationally and in the UK including guest appearances. Skevi was also recognised as "Female Entrepreneuer to watch 2022" 

Most recently, The PA Way has won “Professional Lifestyle Platform of The Year 2020/21” Skevi was a finalist for the Birmingham PA awards for “Inspiration”, “Rising Star” for Midlands Service Excellence Awards and is nominated for both “Newcomer of The Year- The PA Way” and “Woman of The Year” for the City of Birmingham Business Awards 2019.

Skevi Constantinou is a highly experienced former Executive Assistant who is an advocate for the for the Assistant and Business Support profession, evoking change by encouraging colleagues to be heard as one voice.

Having created and launched the award winning and global lifestyle platform, The PA Way, Skevi’s mission is to ensure that Assistants and Business Support professionals are valued, nurtured and listened to by staging in person and online events for personal and professional development.

The PA Way is a fun, fresh and informative platform which offers it’s signature and award winning “Loyal Royal” membership, which connects colleagues across a global community.

Skevi has also created and launched the first bespoke membership App for the profession which has had roaring success.

Skevi’s aim is to take Assistants out of their Executive’s shadow and to own their own light but equally maintain a powerhouse professional dynamic with the people they support.
