About the event

We are collaborating with Ryan Serhant of Bravo's Million Dollar Listings and his team to throw a promotional party featuring our luxury properties. Since we are pairing up with The Serhant team there is a chance this event will be televised. We need big name sponsorships to establish how big of an event this will be. We are located in Santa Monica on San Vicente Blvd. and Ocean Ave., with the best views of Santa Monica Beaches, Brentwood, Santa Monica Mountains, Malibu and Los Angeles. Our company is sending out personal invitations and inviting only local brokers who are at the top of the real estate game, country club members, celebrities, and those who are highly involved in a luxurious lifestyle. "The Oceanfront" will be a red carpet, suit and tie event. The event will be held in the banquet/events room at Ocean Towers, and will be followed with a tour of our available listings. The event itself will consist of guest speakers, open bar, food and appetizers, security, a DJ, hired models and hosts, a photo booth, glamorous goody bags, and lots of mingling and networking. Ideally, we would like our event to reach a capacity of 250 guests. We have the date confirmed with Ryan Serhant and his team for Saturday, the 26th of February, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, perhaps later. We want the guests to be here to see the sunset that we all get to experience at Ocean Towers. The banquet room overlooks the pool area and beyond that is beautiful ocean views.  This is one of my first big events that I will be orchestrating. My goal is to ultimately create and build a presence for Ocean Towers as a lifestyle and to bring awareness to the incredible experience tenants and owners have in this resort-like, co-op building. There is also so much potential here for business, and we would like to continue to build our clientele.
