About the event
The Collective Cup Classic is a local-level powerlifting competition, this year being hosted by us at SR Strength Collective in Altona North. The competition is affiliated with the Australia powerlifting alliance.
Our Last competition was held on April 27th of this year, and saw 21 lifters take part. Many of the athletes were well-known for their sporting accolades and had a large social media presence within the sport. Each lifter published social media posts detailing the competition, as did some of the coaches.
Why should you sponsor?
Throughout the day, 120 people entered the gym to support friends and family, spectate, and participate in prize draws held by SR Strength Collective. Additionally, there was a livestream of the event that received a total of 522 views. Across all promotional material posted on my social media account on Instagram, a total of 10,881 impressions were achieved.
This year, on Sun 26 Oct, we are excited to bring together athletes and the local community for a thrilling event that promotes strength, sportsmanship, and healthy competition. As we strive to make this event a memorable experience for all participants, we are actively seeking sponsors to support us in achieving this goal.
We would love to involve your business as a major or minor sponsor of our event this year. The home venue and the training venue for many of the spectators is located at 21/45 McArthurs Road, Altona North, which further increases the accessibility of your business to competitors and spectators alike.
Daniel FeatherstonI’ve been in the powerlifting game since 2018 and coaching since 2020. In 2023, I teamed up with my business partners to open our own gym, building the kind of space we always wanted to train in—no fluff, just quality equipment and good people. Since 2024, I’ve also been running local comp events, making sure lifters have a solid platform to show what they’re capable of. Whether it’s coaching, competing, or creating space for the community, I’m all in.
