About the event
The California Swing Dance Championships will be hosted at The Capital City Swing Jam this November 4-6th, 2016, in Sacramento, California! Our goal is to showcase Sacramento's best talent, encourage local business, and build a greater sense of community through our love os Swing Dance, and we need your help!
We are expecting anywhere from 250-500 people in attendance throughout the weekend, and we would love to use this opportunity to encourage local business by featuring the Capital City's BEST in all aspects of our event- through sponsorship.Currently we are seeking sponsorship from local businesses of 4 types:Gold sponsorship: $500 min. allows CCSJ to feature your business on our website and event programs, POP Marketing materials (banners, promo giveaways, etc), as well as vocal announcements throughout the event. This sponsorship level is particularly attractive for those who want to possibly run a booth or "pop-up" store at our venues to personally meet their market and possibly make a direct profit at our event (the sponsorship fees cover liabilities). Right now I would love to have clothing brands, shoe brands, coffee brands, fitness wearables, etc in this category. To keep our vendors best interest at heart, and to maintain exclusivity- Please contact me as soon as possible to ensure priority placement for booths and marketing materials!Platinum Sponsorship: $1000 min. We are seeking corporate sponsors at this level to be featured at the top level of our event. The would be considered hosts of The California Swing Dance Championships, as well as the Capital City Swing Jam, receive priority placement for company logo on all media forms, be featured as a Platinum Sponsor at all of our events, including the California Swing Dance Championships, The Capital City Swing Jam, and all of our social dance events, themed parties, and hosted dinners! We will have the ability to post POP marketing materials (banners, promo giveaways, etc) throughout our venues in premier locations for best exposure! Platinum sponsors will also be awarded free all weekend passes for taking part in any workshops, classes, social dancing, parties, and dinners offered. Vendors welcome.
