Philly Carnival is a multicultural Caribbean experience in Fairmount Park on Father’s Day wknd. Presentation of costumes and Dj will play variou Soca, Reggae and dancehall music.

My name is Kerri Cave , I am recent college graduate from Lock Haven University with a BA in Business Management and minor in Marketing. After college, I decided to become a personal care administrator and band leader for my carnival band which is called Shelldown Mas. We are located in Philadelphia and we participate in Caribbean carnivals to unify and celebrate the Caribbean culture. Our band will further take part of the Caribbean carnival in a Philadelphia with an expected crowd 2,700 and 17,000 interested participants from all over the tri state area.
