About the event

We are SDSLabs, a student technical group operating in Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India that aims to foster the culture and practice of technical innovation in the campus. To further our cause, this year we are conducting the 10th Edition of our annual hackathon, 'Syntax Error', which witnesses participation from around 1000-1200 students. 

We have been conducting this hackathon in close partnership with corporate sponsors, getting remarkable submissions in various tracks like Cloud, ML/AI, Blockchain, AR, VR, IOT etc.

We are SDSLabs, a student technical group operating in Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India that aims to foster the culture and practice of technical innovation in the campus. To further our cause, this year we are conducting the 10th Edition of our annual hackathon, 'Syntax Error', which witnesses participation from around 1000-1200 students. The next edition of the hackathon is scheduled for 27th-29th October, 2023.

We have been conducting this hackathon in close partnership with corporate sponsors, getting remarkable submissions in various tracks like Cloud, ML/AI, Blockchain, AR, VR, IOT etc.This year too, we are looking for corporate sponsorship to further enhance the scale of the event and are likely to witness more participation.

We believe that you can make a significant impact on Syntax Error, and we look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you.
This collaboration can take various forms, including monetary support, providing goodies (like stickers or T-shirts) or engaging with our participants through talks or webinars. This would also improve your brand perception and user reach.
Furthermore, we are open to discussions catering separate category prizes for submissions using your products (which can be evaluated by you) or conduct mini-challenges/contests during the hackathon with throwaway prizes.
