My name is Mario Bakoyannis and I have been an active member of the restaurant and hospitality industry since 2004. Through my hard work and dedication, I have built my own restaurants and bars throughout Athens, spanning over 2000sqm in the central market. Our restaurants, such as HASAPIKA CENTRAL MARKET, have gained international recognition for their unique and innovative concept that allows guests to view the fish selection before it is prepared in Japanese and Mediterranean recipes.

Furthermore, I have launched the Symposio Festival with the goal of creating a month-long celebration that showcases the best of Athens' vibrant culinary scene. With five successful festivals already under our belt, we plan to expand our reach and open all 5 streets of the central market, with an estimated attendance of up to 2000 people.

As an inspiring leader and a skilled organizer, I am excited to continue our journey in changing Athenian fun.
