~ Missouri Eclipse Strings Festival ~
April 5-8th, 2024 - French Village, MO

~ The Great American Total Solar Eclipse ~ Passes over our Missouri Ozark festival grounds on Monday April 8th, 2024 around 2pm. We offer an intimate wide open location to view this natural phenomena included in your ticket purchase, as well as a very special set featuring original 300+ year old string instruments the morning of the eclipse to set the stage for this cosmic experience. This will be the 2nd time in less then a decade that Astral Valley will fall in the path of totality and offer up a special Eclipse Festival for the occasion. Our 2017 Eclipse Festival, 4321 Tipper and Friends, was a sold out event so don't wait last minute to reserve your tickets.

~ The Venue is 230+ acres of gorgeous Missouri Ozarks to explore. Druzy Quartz Crystals and Lace Agate infuse the Earth here and are often found in the creek or along our hiking trails that meander through the high ridges of the St Francois Mountain range. The site features 3 large crystal clear springs that feed the creek, seasonal swimming, climbing and bouldering, mountain bike trails, and 3 caves open for exploration year round. We offer beautiful Creek Side, Forest & Meadow camping options included in the ticket price, and upgraded RV electric sites, VIP camping and Main Stage camping options available as an add-on.

~ This 4 Day Family Friendly Camping Event will also feature Guided Meditation and Sound Journeys by SiraAtma Kaur, Fire Shows, Yoga, Healers, late night Bon Fire Pickin' Sessions, Morning Tea and "Jam" at the N'General Store, Live Painters, performances by the Astral Gypsies Giant Puppets, Large Interactive Art Installations, Unique Craft Vendors, Conscious Workshops, Gifting Culture, Tasty Culinary Delights & More!

Astral Valley Art Park is gearing up to host it’s second Eclipse Event and we want YOU to be part of this cosmic experience. We had an out-of-this-world turnout for the 2017 eclipse, with a sold out show and over 5000 people attending daily!

Solar Strings will take place in the scenic backdrop of Astral Valley. This historic area in French Village, MO is located just 45 minutes South of St. Louis in Northern Saint Francois County. Originally settled by Dutch-German immigrants in the 1800s, the area is full of rich history and landmarks of a time gone by. Old timers in the area still remember attending dances at the barn, which now serves as the backdrop of the Main Stage today. The tradition of gathering at the Valley to share in community values still continues today with each event bringing folks from across the globe for a unique Ozark inspired experience.

We are very excited about the enthusiasm and support surrounding this year’s event. As always, this will not only include top-notch musicians showcasing their unique styles of string based music; but also world renowned theatrical performers, giant puppetry, live painters, interactive art installations, and more to be announced soon!

Attendees can expect to get a taste of the Ozarks’ breathtaking natural beauty, culinary delights, regional wines & beers, arts & crafts, and of course a cosmic experience to remember for years to come.
