About the event

The Sidney Sussex May Ball 2022 is a celebration of food, music, and Cambridge. In previous years, Sidney has had June Events, which are smaller-scale events. This year, after the cancellations of previous events, expect one of the largest events Sidney Sussex has hosted in years. 

Sidney Sussex is a delightfully old Cambridge college conveniently located in the centre of town. The old college will be thoroughly modernized and transformed into a party space. 

Why should you sponsor?

Sidney Sussex May Ball is one of the hallmarks of May Week and is returning to its full capacity for the first time in years. 

The event's reach will be much larger than its estimated 1100 attendees, with social media reaching students across Cambridge and other universities. During the event, there will be a sponsorship package for everyone. 

Tara Bhagat

I'm Tara Bhagat, a finalist at Sidney Sussex College and the Sponsorship Officer for the May Ball. Previously, I have worked on sponsorship for the Cambridge Science and Policy Exchange, as well as working on the Cambridge Union's flagship balls in the fall term.
