About the event

The Sheffield Medical School Graduation Ball is an event that will involve approximately 250 final year medical students arriving at a venue at midday. There will be activities outside for the afternoon, followed by a drinks reception and an evening event. The aim of the graduation ball is to celebrate the end of our five years of medical school and the start of our journey in the NHS.

We are looking for sponsors for this event and can offer many different sponsorship opportunities. This could be a speaker or hosting session before the event where you will be able to engage with the final year medical students and promote your company. Another possibility would be event signage such as posters or leaflets on show at the graduation ball. Finally, an alternative sponsorship opportunity is sponsorship of promotional items such as table decorations of your logo or a smaller promotional item such as a mug, pen, or item in a goody bag that each attendee will receive on arrival.
