Generally, women tend to minimise their successes and accomplishments and this can be damaging as it leads to them being perceivied as less strategic and can hinder their progression and future success.

This transformative workshop aims to provide professional women specifically women of colour with practical techniques to reframe their mindset so they can can step into their power and reposition how they communicate their skills and accomplishments internally and externally. Women of colour will gain tools to enable them to maximise on their potential, improve career progression, fulfilment and their impact in the world.

Khadija Mohamud

Dr. Khadija Mohamud is the Founder and CEO of Careers Transformation. She has used effective communication and storytelling to build her career. She has over five years experience facilitating training programmes for diverse teams in local government and teaching in UK higher education. She also has extensive experience coaching and mentoring people from diverse communities.

Khadija understands the struggles that ambitious professional women of colour experience at the core as she overcame many barriers throughout her career. Her mission is to elevate ambitious professional women of colour to reach their full potential through comprehensive and innovative career solutions.
