  • About the event

    RC CAR RUKUS is basically an event where teams of size 3-4 members would be expected to come up with a Remote-controlled car. 

    The primary round will be testing the car's durability and power. The car would be required to satisfy certain payload criteria. For example, the car would be made to carry a specific load and reach a certain destination. 

    The teams(cars) that complete the first round would then be progressed to the second round. The second round will involve the cars racing on a dedicated race track formed for the competition. The teams would be battling it out as to which car reaches the finish line first after completing a given number of laps.

    The first 2 teams completing the race would be given certificates, prize money along with vouchers or goodie kits given by the sponsorers.

    Why should you sponsor?

    We have our event organised as a part of 8th mile, which is one of the biggest techno-cultural fests that happens in Karnataka. We are expecting a minimum footfall of over 12000 people in and around Bangalore to be attending this event. We are promising a wide audience that will get to experience the products that the brand provides. 

    There would be social media posts recognising the importance of the brand with respect to organising our event and promotional posts, reels and videos would be uploaded. 

    We promise to add the brand logo in our aftermovie and behind the scene videos which would later be put up on social media platforms.

    The brand name along with the tagline would be mentioned during the course of the event and most importantly, any kind of promotional content or goodie kits, provided by the brand, would be given to the participants.

    The brands logos would be put up on every mail that we send to people regarding the event. The brand logos would be put up on the certificates, on the banners, posters and flyers that would be circulated around.

    The brand would be allowed to have their own stalls or stands or experience zones during the event, for attendees and participants to have an immersive experience of what the brand provides and its culture as well. 

    The brands would be allowed to have a interaction with the participants about their brand and what the brand offers.

     


    Abhijith S

    I am Abhijith.S, I am currently doing my third year in Electronics and Communication in RV College of Engineering, Bangalore. I have been in Team Garuda for 2 years now and it was only recently that I got selected as the Public Relations Head for Team Garuda. Team Garuda is a technical club in RVCE, that focuses on designing Electric cars that have a long and sustained range and work with high efficiency, right from the materials we choose to how the aerodynamics of the car is done, we aim at reducing the power usage by the car. 

    We have participated in various competitions including the Shell Eco Marathon. Our last participation was in 2019 and we could not actively participate further because of the Covid-19 pandemic and we have regrouped in 2022 and have started working on the designs of the cars as well. We look to participate in other events like Formula Bharat as well. 

    8th mile, the biggest techno-cultural fest of our college is happening this year and we expect a minimum of 12000 people to be attending this mega fest. We are more than happy to be able to conduct an event in this big a fest. As it is our first major event after a long time, we have had to really put a lot of thinking into organising this event. As most of us in our team are newbies when it comes to organising events, we have had a lot to think of and put up as a team.

    It would be really encouraging and morale boosting if you would be able to sponsor us to conduct our event. In exchange, we promise the brands' marketing to a really wide audience and would try our best to promote the brand as to how much we can. 

    As I have mentioned earlier, we are looking to participate in various competitions and events in the future as well and we would be more than happy to take our association to the next level by choosing your brand as one of our future sponsors as well, including the Shell Eco Marathon, which usually happens in the Singapore Grand Prix.
