  • About the event

Veterans And Friends, Inc. a Veterans NonProfit Organization will be presenting the Pineland 360 Degree Close Quarter Defense Class 16 OCT 21 at The Range Complex, Autryville, NC with Master Instructor Jeff Johnsgaard

This seminar is for Military personnel ONLY with Active Special Operations Professionals receiving priority registration.

In 2009 and until his premature death from cancer in 2011, Paul Castle the creator of the Center Axis Relock System declared Jeff Johnsgaard to be the official heir to the CAR System. The latest evolution of CAR is our 360° CQD (Close Quarter Defense) training. This is much more than just the CAR System and offers firearms and physical skills along with specific teaching techniques to aid learning and retention.

Jeff will instruct an advanced seminar in 360 CQD followed by Instructor Development for those with additional duty as a Firearms Instructor.

The 360 Degree Close Quarter Defense system (formerly Center Axis Relock) allows quick target acquisition and rapid fire bursts of 4 shots COM in under 1 second with standard pistols. Over 90% of confrontations occur under 7 yards, At gunfighting distances from zero to approximately 10 yards/30 feet, the CAR System increases shooter efficiency and effectiveness.
