About the event

Paws Press Play is a small group of a veterinary team raising money for animal charities located in the UK and abroad.

Past events have included small music events and this November will be the first annual ball/dance event.

I am a veterinary nurse and im trying to make Paws Press Play an organisation that hosts different events throughout the year to raise money for animal charities which I either work closely with or have a lot of respect/support for. 

The event I need sponsored in November is a charity ball in aid of two military charities who help servicemen/women after they have left the armed forces.  So far I've used my own money to secure the venue, begin advertising but I need help in larger funds for the band, ticket production, decorations, entertainment. 

Sponsors of this event can be added to all publicity, tickets, posters, the event programme on the night, on the stage, by the bar.  Hopefully this event will be recorded for a local tv station so advertising will also be on the programme channel. 

The theme is a 40's style post war party, swing dancing, very up beat and very British.   

Any assistance or support will be greatly appreciated!!

Why should you sponsor?

I am a genuine person who wants to help others who are less fortunate,  so far ive managed to use my own money for past events/fundraising but this event is just too big for my small monthly wage.

Every month i am helping or organising something to raise money for charity and i have been in veterinary magazines and newspaper articles for supporting charities.

I love helping the charities i support and i hope to continue and grow with my donations and support.

We are a group of veterinary surgeons, nurses and receptionists looking to raise lots of money for charity.

Ive set up the Paws Press Play page as a charitble group raising money for charities close to our hearts both in the UK and abroad.

This event is to raise money for a military charity called Hounds for Heros, this charity train and provide assistence dogs to injured military and emergency services members who need help with day to day life.

The event will be a black tie event, themed around 1940's post war.  We are planning on having live music, a fashion show, a raffle and dancing performances.

One of my team has a spot on a local tv station so the event will be filmed for tv release, with this event leading up to remembrance day it will have multiple showings. 

Your sponsorship will be greatly appreciated and we can give a lot of adertising for your company leading up to the event and during the event.

The venue have allowed us to name a drink so money goes towards our charity every time a guest buys that drink, we could name it around your company name, there will be advertising on tables, night programmes, on the stage, on the tickets.

Tickets for this event are £40 which includes a three course meal and a welcome drink.

I hope you are impressed with my ideas and efforts to raise money for charity and help me make this event a sell out show!
