About the event
The Annual Patriotic Festival celebrates our military at The Virginia Beach Oceanfront for three days full of activities including National Concerts, Military Zone, Mobile Tour Displays and Performances.

Hampton Roads, Virginia is home of the largest concentrations of military bases in the United States, Virginia Beach is the largest resort city on the east coast and Parade magazine listed Virginia Beach as the #1 most patriotic city in America!
This weekend salutes our troops, serving now and in the past. Remember the men and women of the United States Military and Armed Forces for their heroism and the sacrifices they make for Americans.

Donna Agresto-SeaveyI've been working in the event / sponsorship / music industry for over 30 years. I have produced events from Bacon Festivals, to concert, to Zombie Wars. I worked as the Mid-Atlantic Marketing Manager for Blockbuster Music stores. My territory was from New York State, down to Savanah, Georgia over to Eastern Tennessee. My last job was with Sinclair Communications Radio Group in Hampton Roads area of Virginia. My job was to create events, and non-traditional revenue opportunities for the station. Managing the promotions department was also in the mix.
I am now working with other producers and promoters. Whisper Concerts, producer of the Patriotic Festival, Military Concert Series and other events is one of the clients I am working with.
