About the event

Orphan Smile is an initiative by the Annette Charity Foundation to change the narrative about orphan being limited to feeding and shelter but also social interaction and integration by celebrating their birthday and making memories.

Why should you sponsor?

This event aims to be a catalyst for subsequent project. Each sponsor is acting as a parent to an orphan to celebrate their special day by fulfilling their wishes due to the void of having no parents. It is an act of kindness that goes a long way. Kicking off with one orphanage in the capital city of Nigeria; Abuja. Your sponsorship will also give the necessary projection to enable us reach out to more orphanages

My name is Annette Udechukwu, a versatile Nigerian events planner and humanitarian. My commitment to charity was born out of numerous children related parties I organized and one in particular that was hosted in an Orphanage. I started donating to Orphanage and made the decision to start a non profit organization to launch several relief and social welfare initiative for widow empowerment, orphan care and amenities for the less privilege
