    With over 1,500 participants and nearly 400 staff members, we are incredibly proud to call O-Week a pillar of the McGill community. Our events provide students a memorable introduction to the school and the city, taking them on various adventures in the day and night. Our goals throughout O-Week are to inspire students, to foster a sense of community, and to ease their transition into this new chapter of their lives. We work to ensure all those participating have an exceptional, once in a lifetime experience. Throughout the years, much has changed about O-Week, but one element has remained crucial to our success: the involvement of organizations such as yours. AUS O-week introduces incoming students to local businesses and national corporations, which they will be interacting with throughout their time at McGill.

    Why should you sponsor?

    By choosing the AUS, you will be working with the largest faculty at the University, representing 8,000 undergraduate students. As a non-profit, every dollar earned by the AUS is directly invested in our students. Whether it's through funding our O-Week activities or is distributed to one of our numerous committees or student run clubs, your generous support will empower some of the most talented and passionate students in the world to succeed. In return we are able to provide you with maximum exposure for your business, and offer many avenues for your business to be involved with O-Week. With our McGill student body being over 30 percent international and hailing from 180 countries, exposure to your brand during orientation week could lead to your company becoming an integral part of their life, not just in a university context, but also in their Canadian and North American lives and beyond.
