About the event

NYE at the Rangers Stadium is an exclusive event for Dallas/Fort Worth metro area prime residents and socialites.  We are expecting between 10,000 and 15,000 attendees.  About 20% of those attending will be from out of town.

This event will take place on the field and will feature 2 DJs, a Live Band, 8 Bars, New Year Countdown on the center field jumbotron followed by a Firework show.  There will be over 15 VIP lounge areas filled with local celebrities, athletes, and socialites.

Why should you sponsor?

This will be one of the most exclusive events for over 10,000 of Dallas/Fort Worth's most elite residents.  This is a great branding opportunity to be visible to over 100,000 adults over 21 with a medium income of $110,000 or more per year.  Our target audience are homeowners, have families with children, and travel to/shop/dine at the finest places.  Majority will use private drivers and ridesharing companies to travel to and from the event.  Some sponsor packages offer a snapchat filter and special hashtag that will be available during the event.  This will be an unforgettable night with lots of memories made and your company will be a part of making it possible.

My name is Erica Stevenson and I am an event planner in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  I have worked with teams to bring the largest conferences, concerts, and events to the metroplex.  We have generated over 78 million dollars in revenue for the city in Dallas over the course of 7 years with the conferences, concerts, and events we have hosted.  I founded Phylonalds Agency in 2009 as a marketing and branding company then expanded into the film/tv production and event planning sector 2.5 years later and haven't stopped.  I am passionate about creating memorable moments for people whether through private or public social events.
