The Michigan District of Key Club Service Leadership Conference is a gathering of Key Clubbers from all around the State of Michigan to celebrate their year of serving their homes, schools, and communties. Key Club is the worlds oldest and largest high school service organization where students develop leadership skills while performing service in their homes, schools, and communties.
At this conference, clubs and students are recognized for their hard work and dedication to the ideals of Key Club International. Workshops, general sessions, and an opprortunity to participate in a service project is available to the attendees. Kids Coalition Against Hunger is a nationwide organization that packages food for distribution in their local communities and worldwide.
This is a chance to help develop and build the leaders of tomorrow. Over the years, many Key Clubbers have gone onto great things. Actors, astronauts, and politicians got their start in Key Club.
I am the District Administator for the Michigan District of Key Club International, Inc. I was a former Key Clubber when I was in high school, and served as a Lt. Governor on the student lead board of trustees. I became involved in Kiwanis as an adult, and began serving as a Zone Advisor to this board in 1999. I was appointed District Administrator in 2014.
