About the event
The City of Manchester Aquatics Swim Team (COMAST) is a large swimming club training in the centre of Manchester, providing a low-fee, high-quality approach to the development of participation in the sport of swimming. COMAST hosts five competitions throughout the season at various different levels which provide crucial funds used to achieve the clubs mission of providing affordable access to the sport. Sponsorship income and services would allow the club to continue providing high-level training to athletes in the county of Greater Manchester, and could help the club expand operations to increase the volume of swimmers coming into and remaining in the sport.
The Manchester International Swim Meet is our annual high-level swimming competition which began in 2016 and has grown in popularity, hosting Olympic swimmers, such as Adam Peaty and Rikako Ikee, and up-and-coming talents. Typically hosted in October, the event will be held in March for the first time in the newly refurbished centre to attract competitors attempting to qualify for British Nationals and other elite national competitions.

This event provides a brilliant oppurtunity for sponsors to advertise to sports clubs, coaches, and athletes as-well as to spectators from various industries and businesses.

COMAST aims to provide high-quality, low-cost training to athletes of varying ages and abilities throughout Manchester, allowing increased access to an expensive sport.
Previously, COMAST has helped to produce high-level talents, including athletes who have attended, or will soon attend, the Commonwealth Games, the Swimming World Championships and other Junior and Senior championships and elite-level events across the globe.
