Live2Lead is a half-day leadership and personal growth event developed by The john Maxwell Co. Live2Lead has shared leadership and persoanl growth principles to a live audience and to over 300 simulcast locations around the world.

I joined The John Maxwell Team 2014 because I was looking for something the company I worked for, could not give me. I was in retail management and saw all the benefits to employees that were taken away to help us be better leaders and employees. This is one way I can help others grow in their leasdership abilities. This is my third year to host this event, and it has grown from 55 people the first year, to 65 last year and my goal this year is 90. Sponsors help me become more credible so others will come.
