HyperX Arena's Winter Series,

About the event

HyperX Arena's Winter Series aims to become the ultimate competitive gaming events open to all gamers of all skill levels. Winter Series will feature ten (10) event days consisting of twenty (20) different tournaments. Both the first and last 3 days of the series will award trophies to the winners of their respective tournaments!

The video games featured include:

• Friday, 12/27 - Call of Duty: Warzone
• Saturday, 12/28 - Counter-Strike 2
• Sunday, 12/29 - Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
• Monday, 12/30 - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Street Fighter 6, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Rivals of Aether 2, Mystery Game
• Friday, 1/3 - Fortnite
• Saturday, 1/4 - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
• Sunday, 1/5 - Madden NFL 25, NBA 2K25, EA Sports FC 25
• Friday, 1/10 - Fortnite
• Saturday, 1/11 - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
• Sunday, 1/12 - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Street Fighter 6, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Rivals of Aether 2, Mystery Game

For attendees, Winter Series provides:

• Opportunities for gamers to compete in a unique in-person esports environment
• Avenues for up-and-coming competitors to get recognized by esports organizations

Why should you sponsor?

Based on our experiences at HyperX Arena, gamers are more likely to participate or watch an event when a guaranteed prize pool is offered. One of the most frequently asked questions we get is, "This sounds awesome, but what's the prize pool?" and your sponsorship can help us answer that question and get players excited early. 

With sponsored prize pools for this event, we can work on growing this "Series" product to a much larger scale! HyperX Arena is known for hosting competitions in the region, but we're not satisfied with that. We want to run cool events for everyday gamers on a national scale with our eyes set on expanding to an international scale, and your sponsorship can help lay the groundwork for that path!

Oliver Allen

My name is Oliver, the Sr. Product Lead at HyperX Arena and main organizer of the Winter Series. I've got a passion for running cool events for gamers that normally don't get to experience them. My dream is to build a video game competition series with a similar concept to World Series of Poker, where everyday players have a chance to compete against the best of the best and get crowned as champions. As an attendee to poker series, gaming conventions, and other large scale foot traffic events, I've seen how important it is for sponsors to have visibility... HyperX Arena provides a large number of online and in-person spaces to create brand awareness, and I want to use Winter Series (and future series events) to take advantage of that!
