While the rapid expansion of the world's population was already causing a major problem, the effects of global warming appeared as the perfect recipe for a disaster, heightening competition for the already limited resources such as land, food, and water.

Last but not the least, war in Europe has recently exposed the fragility and vulnerabilities of the world’s food supply chains and system. Food Security is definitely at risk all over the world.

At the request of some Permanent Delegations, the Crans Montana Forum, in association with the WDA-World Diplomatic Academy, is organizing, in the framework of the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris an important Conference dedicated to Global Security, Food Security and Diplomacy.

This event, taking place on September 29, 2023 afternoon, will benefit of the support of the UN Agency and the participation of international personalities, among them high Representatives of FAO, African Union and European Union.

We are currently looking for a partnership with a private sector outstanding group specialized in the food industry in order to achieve the spectrum of the stakeholders. We thought hat you could be interested in this event.

Crans Montana Forum

The Crans Montana Forum is a Non-Governmental International Organization established since 1986. The Founding Fathers'​ philosophy has always been to build a better World, “Towards a more Humane World”. The Crans Montana Forum is closely working with all major Governments, International Bodies, International Organizations such as the UN, UNESCO, UNIDO, the EUROPEAN UNION, the COUNCIL OF EUROPE, OFID and NGOs.
