  • About the event

    The proposed itinerary of the workshop is to include three (3) group workouts daily, two (2) educational workshops daily, and two (2) hands-on activities daily. This daily commitment will total 5 hours, depending on the unique length of the workout, workshop, and hands-on activity of the day.
    Workout Details
    Group workouts will be 30 to 60 minutes in length, with flexibility to mirror the itinerary for the day and/or intensity of the training style. Classes will be designed to condition the entire body with cardio drills, core-strengthening and functional exercises, as well as restorative stretches to improve stamina and stability, while sculpting and shaping overall muscle tone.
    Exercise selection will be based on guests with novice to intermediate exercise experience looking to build foundational knowledge or improve movement patterns, but can be modified for those with more advanced experience.

    I decided to help families go on vacation and out health fitness into the event, I contacted a trainer that is deciding to partner up, as a single mom, survivor of abused. Family is everything, I want to bring memories to families, why not put fitness education and vacations together.
