About the event
This event is a fundraiser for my daughters music program. We will have a kids area with games and bounce houses, an auction, a large vendor area and a full and active stage with music all day. I am looking to raise 10,000- 15,000 at this event
Why should you sponsor?
Bell Buckle is a thriving yet small and quaint tourist town with many visitors on the weekends. I anticipate upwards of 1500 people to attend. Hopeful for 5000
Gina BeattyI am but one mother of one kid in the band with a particular affinity for throwing events. None of the music programs in my state are funded by the state so we, as parents, are tasked with raising the FULL budget on our own. With my knowledge of event planning, and by calling out every single favor I am owed, I should be able to make at least a quarter of our budget with this one event.
