Respected ma’am,

Greetings from Club Alloquy!

We hope this email finds you in the best of your health. We, the students of the Department of Management Studies, NALSAR, are organizing a virtual event called “Winnow”-A management and cultural fest.

In this fest, Club Alloquy, the Speakers’ Club, is organising the ‘Eloquentia’ competition. The event tests the verbal and cognitive abilities of the participants.

We would like to invite you to sponsor our Flagship event as your impeccable knowledge of English Language and creative speaking skills would help us find worthy candidates for the next round of the competition.

The first round of the competition would go in the following format:

• Participants will be grouped in breakout sessions on Webex. 

• Each group will be presented with a picture related to the corporate world. 

• All the participants will get 3 minutes to come up with a storyline based on the picture and 30 seconds to talk about their stories.

• Participants will be finally given 4 minutes for a group discussion in order to compile their stories and come up with one story per group.

The criteria for judgement would be:

• Presentation

• Practicality in the story

• Assertiveness

• Leadership

• Image relatability 

We are planning to conduct the round on the 24th of February 2022.

Why should you sponsor?

Our audience and participant are undergraduate students from different universities and colleges. We will showcase your product and announce your name as sponsors thrice in our event. If the sponsor is willing to give their product in form of a kind to the winner that means it will create brand value for our sponsors.

Speaking Club of DoMS, NALSAR aims at helping the students to enhance their communication skills. It allows them to communicate well in front of many people and deliver their message confidently and gracefully. We will focus on sharpening presentation skills, narration skills, and debating skills, thus fostering an atmosphere of awareness of current affairs and building a platform to discuss them.
