Eygel Vázquez (El nene), a 29-year-old singer from the town of Guayama, Puerto Rico, has stood out since childhood in music starting at school. He also distinguished himself for singing ecclesiastically for a long time. She studied Popular Music at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico with a concentration in Voice and is finishing her studies at Show Productions at Full Sail University in the state of Florida, USA. As said before, from a very young age, he developed in music and in the arts as a dancer in a Musical Theater student group in Cayey, Puerto Rico. He grew up as a singer within the church where he recorded 5 songs including one of the most outstanding as "Nación Bendita", after Hurricane María in Puerto Rico. Ishmael lived accordingly, although in his mind he knew that he would not always be in that environment. After many years in a sacred environment, he decides to follow his heart, where it is outside the church, leaving everything he knew behind and heading towards a new world, which is popular music. It is at this time that Eygel was born, a new being with a lot to give and it is in this process that his new song "It was my fault" emerged. This theme is born from his life experiences where in order to follow what he was passionate about he had to pretend to be who he was not and for that reason he broke many hearts. “It was my fault”, is a figuration of many faults in his life and transformed into a love poem with the help of Gil Torres, Puerto Rican Producer. It was my fault, it ranges from family disappointments to love disappointments.
 
After "It was my fault" on February 14, 2021, Eygel makes two totally different songs for which he enters the urban genre. Only you and I is a song written in Venezuela, a country that has given him his hand in recent years, soon to be released in May and his other song "Dosis de Amor" which is more disco. And the collaboration with the theme “De Show con Gricel”,Tv Program in Puerto Rico.
