About the event

DHRUVA is a three-day management-cultural fusion fiesta organized by IIM Trichy. With an array of innovative management contests and a myriad of cultural events, we attract virtuosos who display relentless competition and unforgettable spectacles. DHRUVA leaves an impact on the participants and the experiences they gain shine like the pole star in their lives. 

Dhruva has consistently had a footfall of around 12,000 participants from over 212 institutes across the country. This event entails 15 management competitions and 9 cultural events attended by many dignitaries and students from premier B-schools. We set the standard for management fests in the state with out-of-the-box ideas and interesting and relevant workshops. 

Continuing the legacy, Dhruva 2022 was a striking success. We had 4 glamorous pro shows from the amazing indie-folk band ‘When Chai met Toast’, Comedy night with Sahil Shah and Nishant Suri, and Musical night with Ami Mishra. Growing new age entrepreneurs Arjun Vaidhya, Arjita Sethi, Rishab Chaudhary joined the 2nd edition of Dhruva Town Hall. They delivered an insightful session on Age of Entrepreneurship.
