Hello, I'm LaKeisha A. Entsuah, a millennial mom with over 15 years of experience in the corporate world. Through my journey, I have developed a unique set of strategies to help women leaders achieve greater work-life balance. As the founder of Legacy Consulting Co., I leverage my expertise to assist organizations in creating efficient and streamlined systems and processes.

My focus on systems and processes has enabled my clients to eliminate chaos, increase efficiency, and allocate more time to important projects. With a background in quality operations and corporate training, as well as 10 years of entrepreneurship experience, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the table. My educational background includes undergraduate studies in organizational psychology and a certificate from Cornell University's Women in Entrepreneurship program. Currently, I am pursuing biblical counseling at Palmer Theological Seminary's school of Christian education.

I firmly believe that work-life balance is vital for the success of any business. Drawing from my own approach to life, I inspire my clients to increase productivity without sacrificing their well-being. When I'm not working, I prioritize spending quality time with my family and friends.

On a personal level, I anchor my life in the word of God and strive to raise my three daughters, aged 10 and 5-year-old twins, to reflect our faith. They are my greatest inspiration in the work I do.
