Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States

  • About the event

Join us at our inaugural Mixer on August 25th, held at the Landis Valley Museum Firehouse. This event will raise funds for Clare House. We will have wine provided by Deerfoot Vineyards, hors-d’oeuvres catered by Eby’s General Store, networking, a silent auction, and an artwork raffle by local artist Lynn Hocker. All attendees will receive a commemorative wine glass. Tickets for the event are $55 and include the food and beverages mentioned above. We also have sponsorship opportunities available.

Clare House is a transitional housing program in Lancaster County, PA that transforms the lives of women and their children through an employment-focused program, providing safety, housing, and supportive services with the goal of financial stability. Our vision is a community where all women and their children are empowered to build a stable foundation.

    Why should you sponsor?

Our vision at Clare House is a community where all women and their children are empowered to build a stable foundation. The women and children who come to Clare House do so out of necessity. It is common for residents to have experienced domestic violence or other forms of trauma before living at Clare House. For many, the moment before entering Clare House is one of the lowest points of their lives. It’s our job to help them grow forward from despair to sustained success.

Making a charitable investment in Clare House pays dividends that are real and tangible. Every dollar helps a woman and her children overcome the challenges of homelessness and unemployment. Thanks to the generosity of donors and sponsors like you, we’ve helped hundreds of women create a stable foundation for their families — and we intend to do so for as longas the need remains.
